An Omaha native, I have been the owner and President of Nebraska Realty since 2009. I started my real estate career in 2001 after graduating from Northwest Missouri State University. In 2004, I was promoted to general manager of DEEB & Associates Real Estate and eventually purchased the company in 2009—renaming it Nebraska Realty in 2015. It is a privilege for me to help guide our outstanding team of people that has grown into one of the largest real estate companies in the country. Our Mission at Nebraska Realty is, “Real Estate is our What, but people are our Why.” I am passionate about growing Nebraska Realty to be as impactful as possible in the lives of our Employees, REALTORS®, Clients, and the Communities in which we serve.

When I am not working, I enjoy coaching youth sports, working-out, traveling, and attending live events. I love spending time with my family going to Creighton basketball games, and Husker football games, watching movies, playing golf, and going out to dinner.

I feel fortunate to have served in many capacities to the real estate industry including as a member of the Nebraska Real Estate Commission, the President of the Nebraska REALTORS® Association and as a Federal Political Coordinator for the National Association of REALTORS® to Congressman Don Bacon. My greatest service, however, is as a Christian, a dedicated family man, and to all of the people that have helped make Nebraska Realty what it is today.

Born and raised in Nebraska, I can't imagine a better place to grow and build lasting connections. I graduated from the University of Nebraska Lincoln, and later began my real estate career in 2020, combining my background in sales with my passion for business growth and development. I enjoy bringing people and ideas together, finding new ways to solve old problems. At Nebraska Realty, I am excited to drive creative growth, helping to build systems that elevate the opportunities and capabilities of our agents, directly correlating to a better real estate experience for our clients.

Outside of the office, I look forward to traveling, fitness, great restaurants, and enjoying life with family and friends. I am guided by my faith as a Christian, and I am very fortunate to have a great support system around me.

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Christy prides herself in knowing the surrounding communities where she and her husband live and raise their two active boys, Paxton and Xander. Christy is a graduate of the University of Nebraska at Omaha, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. As a member of the Nebraska Realty staff in some capacity for over 15 of her 17+ years in the industry, Christy has learned a great deal with and from so many of our agents at Nebraska Realty. Having a broker’s license in both Nebraska and Iowa, her sales experience has been an asset in helping agents through the unique transactions that tend to present themselves.

Christy is now Nebraska Realty’s Vice President of Operations, and Senior Managing Broker, but is not afraid to wear any “hat” that needs to be worn and feels privileged to be a part of the growth and success of the company. Christy is always there to help not only agents but clients to navigate even the hardest situations with respect and patience.

As Director of Marketing, Megan uses her strong strategy, management, and relationship-building skills to create connections and propel business endeavors forward. With experience across multiple industries, Megan brings agility and expertise to all her work.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Megan’s previous work spans large publicly traded organizations to start-up endeavors. She brings experience in customer service, account management, corporate communication, brand strategy, project management, and content leadership. She has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, private equity, renewable energy, e-commerce, agribusiness, and non-profit.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with family, traveling, skiing, and volunteering.

I received my real estate license in 2018 and have been with Nebraska Realty since day 1, officially moving to Full-Time Realtor in 2020. I received my Brokers license and officially accepted the role of Managing Broker for Iowa in May of 2023. I was originally encouraged to get licensed by my Wife, Sara, to allow me the freedom to raise my 2 daughters, Joslyn and Piper. Before meeting my wife in 2014 I was fortunate to work for a Medical Supply company based out of Jacksonville, FL, which allowed me to move up in my career while moving around the country. I have lived in Sacramento, CA, Olathe, KS, and Phoenix, AZ. I left the company and moved back to Nebraska in 2011. After getting married we decided that Carter Lake, IA was the place we will raise our family and we love every minute. These days in our free time we enjoy golfing, boating, and traveling.

My goals as a Managing Broker for NR are very simple…to be the best possible resource for our team of agents as well as the communities of Southwest Iowa.
